What is fat?

Obesity or fat is considered to be the main root of various cardio vascular diseases. 

Fat can be devided into 2 types- 

1. Visceral , which surrounds the person's organs.

2. Subcutaneous,  which diposits under the skin. 

Overeating, sedentary life style , wrong food selection etc are some of the main reasons for fat dispositions. 


ZUMBA AS SOLUTION?

cardio vascular exercises like running or dancing or an active life style and weight training or strength training are considered to be the solution of burning fat or weight loss. 

Zumba is a high energy form of cardio or aerobic exercise which is inspired by latin dancing. 

It is also considered to a popular tool for weight loss as it is a fun activity which burns around 200 to 900 cals per session , depending on the intensity, age, body weight of the member. 

For an effective weight loss, we have to create a calorie deficit, so by doing an aerobic exercise like zumba we can create that in a fun way. We have to combine diet along with exercise to get desired results. 

EFFECTIVE COMBINATION 

To achieve weight loss we have to combine an aerobic activity like zumba, kick boxing, step aerobic or running etc with anaerobic or strength training workout with a calorie deficit diet.
